Web Projects
Lansing Community College Library - Led web improvement team in the redesign of a community college library website. Set up style guide, managed project and created pages in the Find Information section of the website. The redesign included incorporating a search widget on the homepage and a complete redesign of the site’s information architecture.
Research Guides - As part of the LCC Library website redesign, transferred research guides to LibGuides for specific subjects and courses. Set up template, shared boxes, and shared links for all librarians to use in creating guides. Trained librarians in using system, provided feedback and assistance as guides were created.
MSU Study Abroad in Florianópolis - Created website for new study abroad program at Michigan State University by adapting an open source web design template.
Citing Sources: MLA and APA - Transformed paper citation handouts into a website.
Camden Free Public Library - Created a site for a small library with no online library catalog to give patrons access to state sponsored research databases (JerseyClicks) and interlibrary loan (JerseyCat), as well as to promote services such as basic computer classes.
