  1. adding quotes around your topic will give you more specific results

  2. this is very helpful on how to find things more quickly and easily, so it doesnt take so long to do all of your research.

  3. Don’t get overwhelmed! Once you have your topic or subject, use all of the data bases available, so that your information used from these sources, seem well rounded on complete when you put them into a paper.

  5. This was a very helpful class. As a first year student I had no idea how many rescources were available to me online. The tips I learned to broaden and narrow my searches will come in handy not just for school, but for all other online searching as well.

  6. Have an open mind. Sometimes, you’ll find things that you didn’t intend to search for, but end up being a great paper topic.

  7. you can get information from a book without checking it out using books online! there is access to books 24/7…

  13. easy to use, better than researching through google, it seems kind of complicated at first, but you just have to do it.
