I found that telling us to use the word “NOT” to narrow down the search was very helpful.

I thought when you talked about the and/or options, it was very helpful. There’s a lot of things you can find on the library site that you couldn’t find anywhere else on the internet.

Having additional access to the world wide web with information if lcc library did not have the materials you needed.
