This little information session was okay. There wasn’t a whole lot learned. However, I did like the handouts with how to write MLA format and cite sources.

I learned that if you us the langauge of the database. I always have a hard time finding articles on my topic because I can never narrow the topic enough so I end up with way to many comments or I narrow it to much and end up with nothing. So thank you for making me think of different ways to search for a topic.

This was very imformative, for those of us that don’t know our way around the computer very well. Lots of links and common sense things. It was a good roadmap to get me started in the right direction.

Suzanne,

You provided the students with very useful information. I especially liked the warm-up activity that simply provided practical information that they will need. Also, I always think hands-on activities using the databases are helpful. Hopefully, they will now feel more comfortable using databases. I appeciated you using our workplace theme.

Thanks so much. Judy
